On behalf of the Ulster Provincial Council of the Irish Amateur Boxing Association it is my pleasure to welcome you to Ulster –v- England Tournament. Many of to-nights boxers will hopefully be representing their respective countries in the Commonwealth Championships in Scotland in August also the Commonwealth Games in Australia next March. I am sure you will give our English visitors the usual warm Dockers Club welcome and we hope they enjoy our sportsmanship and hospitality during their short stay. To you the paying public and Sponsors “thank you” for your support. I know you will have a first class Carvery provided by “ LA CUISINE “ and a great nights Boxing also that you will join with me in wishing all the Boxers the very best of luck.
