Novice Intermediate Championships 2008

 

These Championships are opened to all Antrim Boxers with 5 or less contests on their record cards and who are aged over 17 and under 34 years.

 

Weigh-In & Medical Examinations:

 

  • Sunday 18th May 2008 from 10 – 11.00 am @ St Agnes ABC, Andersonstown Road, Belfast

 

  • Medical Cards must be produced at weigh-in.

 

  • Boxers must advise Doctor of any medication which they are taking or have taken during the previous 4 weeks.

 

 

  • Male Weights:

    48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 64kg, 67kg, 71kg, 75kg, 81kg, 85kg, 91kg & 91+kg

 

  • Female weights:

    46kg, 48kg, 50kg, 52kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 63kg, 66kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg & 86kg

 

 

Draw: Will take place following Weigh-in.

 

Entry Fee: £2.00 per boxer

 

 

 

Venue for Championships: Dockers Club, Pilot's Street, Belfast - Mon 19th to Thu 22nd May

 

Championship Boxing:

The Championships will commence @ 7.45pm sharp each evening (as required by draw) and conclude with finals on Thu 22nd May 08.

 

 

Computer Scoring will be used in the Championships, therefore RED and BLUE vests should be worn or club colours with RED or BLUE head-guards for appropriate corners.

 

Only boxers competing on each evening plus 2 coaches will have free admission, no exceptions.
