9.00 p.m. - integral meeting of operators from country and aborad, invites quests with representatives of Szczecin and region Authorities;
22.08.09 – 8.00 - 9.00 a.m. – medical examinations, daily weighing of competitors;
Sat. 12.00 p.m. – Final bouts, celebration of the end of Championships;
23.08.09 – after good – bye breakfast departures of teams.

Each National Association is invited to enter no more than 11 athletes who are youth boxers born 1991 and 1992, one in each of the following weight categories: 48kgs / 51kgs / 54kgs / 57kgs / 60kgs / 64kgs / 69kgs / 75kgs / 81kgs / 91kgs / 91+kgs.
All bouts will consists of 4x2 minute rounds each with a one minute rest between rounds.
All athletes must be in possession of an international Competition Record Book with the results of the annual medical examination entered. It must be up to date and in compliance with the details attached to their passports.
Accommodation/Meals
All accommodation and meals will be provided at the Tournament hotel, the Hotel Orbis Neptun Szczecin.
Travelling expenses and Transport
The organizers will provide transport to and from Poznań Airport and Berlin Airport at the cost of Euro 50 {fifty} each person.
The organizers will provide all internal transport.
Medical Care
The organizers will provide full medical care for the participants while resident in Poland. Full ambulance and paramedic cover will be in place for the duration of the Championships and the neurological unit { hospital} is not far away.
Doping control
Doping Control Tests may be conducted in full compliance with AIBA and EUBC rules.
Equipment
National Associations must provide each boxer with one red and one blue AIBA ratified head guard.
The organizers will provide 10 ounce competition gloves ratified to AIBA standard for the Championships.
Medals
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be presented to all winners.
Special prizes will also be presented during the Tournament.
Flags and National Anthems
The delegations are kindly requested to bring flags of their country {2x1m of size} and record of their national anthem on CD or tape.
Visa regulations
Should visas be required by your association the organizer will assist with visa application procedures. In this case all names of official delegation members – given names and surnames, passport numbers, passports date of issue, passports date of expiration ,status of the person, date of birth and date of entry into Poland must be submitted to the organizer no later than 40 days prior to the competition.

Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraina.
Financial Conditions
National teams and Delegation members will be charged Euro 70 {seventy} for lodging and full board {3 meals} per person per day in a double room, Euro 90 {ninety} for lodging and full board {3 meals} per person per day in a single room.
Non participants outside the official delegation
coming with the teams will be charged Euro 100 {one
hundred} for lodging and full board {3 meals} per
person per day in a double room.
Delegation official members consist of every two
boxers with one functionary.
All accommodation charges must be paid in advance to the bank account of the organizer, payment in Euro. Payments to be made by 20thJuly 2009.
